We are a Bahamian fiber optic and structured cabling contractor. The personal information we collect through this website is what we need to respond to enquiries, dispatch crews, and certify installations — nothing more.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form or our sample-report request, we collect:
- Name and company — so a senior engineer can reply directly.
- Work email and phone (optional) — to send the report or schedule an audit.
- Inquiry type and message — to route your request to the right crew.
- Browser / page metadata (referrer, page URL, timestamp) — to attribute leads and improve the site.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track visitors across sites.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, dispatch a technician, deliver a sample certification report, send a follow-up confirmation, and operate this website. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not advertise on this site.
Where it lives
Form submissions are forwarded by a Cloudflare Worker to our internal email at audits@spliceandconnect.bs. We retain enquiries for as long as needed to deliver the work plus a reasonable period for warranty and audit purposes.
Your rights
You can request that we delete or correct any information we hold about you. Email hello@spliceandconnect.bs and we'll confirm action within 14 days.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. The fonts loaded from Google Fonts may be subject to Google's privacy practices.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
