This website is operated by Splice and Connect Co. Ltd., a Bahamian company headquartered in Nassau. The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and to help you contact us. We work hard to keep it accurate but it is not a substitute for a quote, a scope of work, or an engineering deliverable.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and in good faith. Don't attempt to overload our forms, scrape protected content at scale, or impersonate Splice and Connect personnel. We reserve the right to block abusive traffic at the edge.
Intellectual property
The Splice and Connect name, mark, and the content on this site (text, photos, design tokens) are owned by Splice and Connect Co. Ltd. or licensed to us. Third-party marks shown for partners and clients (e.g., BTC, B.A.A.A.) belong to their respective owners and are used to describe relationships, not to claim affiliation beyond what is described.
Sample materials
The "Sample OTDR Report" available from this site is a redacted reference document. It is not a record of work for any specific client. It cannot be presented as a certification of any installation.
Forward-looking statements
Statistics shown on the home page (e.g., feet of fiber pulled, splice counts, dispatch SLAs, island coverage) are honest estimates based on our recent operating experience. Actual project outcomes are governed by the scope of work for that project.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we provide this site "as is" and our liability for use of this site is limited. The contract for any work we perform for you is the controlling document for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Providence.
